Frequently Asked Questions

💸 Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your order has been confirmed and production has started. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly work with you to make it right.  There are also no refunds given on digital products, once purchased.


⚠️ Can I place a last-minute order?

Yes, but it is subject to availability. Orders needed in fewer than 10 business days are considered rush orders and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us first to confirm availability before placing a rush request.


📝 Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit is only required for bulk orders. Single item purchases must be paid in full at checkout. For bulk orders (twelve or more), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. This secures your spot in our production schedule.  The remaining balance is due before your order is shipped.  If you have any questions about qualifying bulk orders or custom projects, feel free to contact us. 


What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that things happen. Here is our cancellation policy:

You may cancel your single order within 24 hours of placing the order for a partial refund (minus any processing fees) if production hasn't started.  Bulk or custom orders are final, once the deposit is paid, since production begins right away.  


When is my payment due for party rentals?

  • 50% deposit is due at time of booking

  • Final 50% balance is due at least 30 calendar days before delivery or pickup
    Orders not paid in full may be delayed or canceled.


What happens if I pay late?

Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee if received more than 48 hours after the due date. Continued delay may result in cancellation of your order without a refund of your deposit.  If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us in advance — we're happy to work with you when possible.
